    Great pool with diving boards
We had a bad hotel experience with a closed pool and found this place online. I called and they were open on Sunday morning. We drove over with our 6 kids. The pool was huge and had 2 big diving boards. Pool was $5 for adults and $3.50 for kids. There was a lifeguard but it was very relaxed. I'd love to come back and camp here. The lake access was free to swim.

Cabins are a great place to stay
We stayed at the cabins instead of the usual motels for this trip and really enjoyed the park. The cabins are set way in the back where it is quiet and peaceful. They are clean and comfortable and cost less than staying in a hotel. You just have to know that you need to bring your own sheets/towels and cookware. The cabins have a kitchen with a full size fridge and stove so extended stays are economical if you make your meals. The park has a pool and miniature golf (could use a little maintenance on the golf though). You can also swim in the lake or go fishing. We will definitely stay here again.
