The Big Storm Brewing Company was packed on a Saturday evening with a band outside and during their Octoberfest celebration. Because of that they only had a limited German menu which turned out to be a plus and a minus. You had to purchase a food ticket and take it to the tent to get your food. Seems like a lot of breweries we went to were during this same kind of food operation. My wife like her pork schnitzel and potato salad, but my pretzel, though huge was cold and so overloaded with salt that you could only see the color white on top. My unique Key Lime wheat was very good and my wife liked her Hefeweizen. They had quite a few beer options and they even make their own spirits. Fun place with live music weekends and some evenings. Laid back vibe, with inside bar and outdoor picnic tables. Fantastic micro brew beer selections. Local food truck with Caribbean cuisine makes nice pairing. Highly recommend as a place to hang out with friends on nice afternoon or evening. Off the beaten path, worth the trip. Parking tight, but can park on the street. Musicians stop by and hear local talent and pick-up musicians. Very loose and fun.See more..
Stopped in and had the OGIPA and it was delicious. Also had the holiday Porter and it was delicious as well. Love it when the owner is pouring the beers. If you like craft beer, this is a must try.See more..
