Not a very big but interesting museum
It's not a very big museum, but you'll find many interesting exhibits from the Neolithic era to finds from ancient Egypt, Etruscans and Romans to the Middle Ages. The ancient San Marino coins and medals on display are also interesting. You can buy a ticket for 6€ which allows you to see two objects of your choice or a ticket for 8€ which is valid for admission to all museums - monuments in San Marino.

    Small but insightful local history
It's a rather small museum, but it's quite nice and rather modern. Many of the items on display relate to the history of San Marino as well as Italy. The price of admission was inexpensive - as for most all of the museums in San Marino. I recommend the museum pass, obtainable at the tourist office - good for a few museums at a cheap price.
