Beautiful alter
The church was open and we stopped in to look around. The alter is very nice and worth going up to the front to get a close up look. We felt peaceful and calm inside and appreciated the visit during our hectic day.

Interesting, free church
This is one of the very few churches in Sucre that is open for free to visit. The interior is quite impressive, with a heavily decorated ceiling and a very impressive main altar. Sadly, photography is not allowed and part of the church is undergoing renovation as of August 2017.
