Not that scenic but an okay picnic spot
Tapjeong Lake was a popular spot with families and couples in the early autumn afternoon with fantastic weather. The “healing” boardwalk stretching a little over a kilometer over the lake and a lotus pond had visitors filing in nonstop even though the murky waters of the lake weren't particularly scenic. The few spots of grassy areas provided a decent picnic spot.
