An exhibition about Anna Lesnai and her grand-daughter Katti Zoob, a famous designer. Biedermaier exhibition too....well worth the visit.

Essential visit when in Balatonfured
Beautiful old villa, now an art gallery - there are exhibitions on three floors and they are ALWAYS well chosen, fascinating and beautifully presented. Whatever the subject. An attractive small gift shop, and a coffee house run by the Bergmann enterprise, so obviously the cakes are of the highest standard. Nice to eat out on the terrace in summer, with coffee. Small concert recital room. One time I visited, one of the security guards spoke excellent English and turned out to be incredibly well-informed about one of the subjects of an exhibition currently being held - he took me all around it and could answer every question authoritatively. Just as well as any curator. I simply love this place. Highly recommended.

Little museum with no Vaszary paintings
Vaszary who is a great great Hungarian painter has no painting in this museum! But others are interesting to see and the building is also nice as well as the garden. Everything around is clean, relaxing and enjoyable. If you have a car go to the Rippl- Ronai house/museum at Kaposvár, this is really a nice visit!
