My entire family enjoyed La Olla so much! We went with my parents who are in their mid 70’s as well as my children who range in ages from 5 to 14. I couldn’t believe how much my 14 year old enjoyed it! He was climbing all the rocks and taking pictures galore. The smaller kids loved it as expected. While the water might be too cold for some, my children really enjoyed it on this hot summer day.

    Easy Hike
    Do wear shoes with traction for safety. The 20 minute dirt path and large stones surrounding the pond with a small waterfall makes it an ideal spot to enjoy a picnic.

    There are better places to visit at La Cumbrecita
    I've been to La Cumbrecita many times and I know the place very well. Cascada Escondida, Cascada Grande are better places to go. This is a place to stop by
