How wonderful to support artists!
I have always been a fan of co-ops! It was fulfilling to shop at a store, where the artists themselves are truly invested in this co-op. The offerings were terrific. The shopping experience was almost as if we were in a gallery, viewing beautiful art. It was lovely to appreciate the wooden boxes and carvings, jewelry, paintings, prints, cards and pottery. Yes! We managed to walk out of there with a couple of bagfuls, both for our home and as gifts. Here, here for supporting artists!

Eclectic pieces found every visit!
Every time we visit Cedar Key, we love to stop by the Artist Co-op. We always find either a nice gift or a wonderful piece for ourselves. This last visit, I purchased a BEAUTIFUL solar light made from repurposed dishes and OMG it looks amazing in my yard. I hung it over my red honeysuckle bush right in the middle of my yard. It looks stunning in the day and mesmerizing at night! I cannot wait to get more of them when I visit in November.

Awesome offerings from different artists
We purchased a watercolor/ink painting of an old hotel which is amazing. It fit right in our house like it was meant to be. We also purchased a small carving of a woman with a dog. So intricate and beautiful. Will visit again if ever in the area.
