Old Town Hall of Comillas
This building was the former town hall of Comillas, preceding the one now located in Calle Joaquín del Piélago, Originally the Romanesque Church of St. John, only the entrance retains any vestige of the church. The building has a cute arcade with Romanesque arches, below a Cantabrian style balcony and the five heraldic shields of previous Archbishops of Comillas.

Visit the historical center of Comillas.
This ancient building is located in the Monumental and historical center of the village of Comillas. The Old Town Hall has being built on top of a ruin belonging to the old hermitage which belonged at San Juan and the hospital of Pilgrims. On the outside you can see its arches and his balcony, and notice also the five shields of the five 5 archbishops of Comillas. Please take also a visit of the Square who has allot of typical mountain houses and on the right-hand side you can visit the parish church of San Cristobal. You can say that this location is the nicest of the historical center of Comillas.
