Great family day out

Excellent day out. Booked online before we went cost 144 lev for 4 over 130cm, we went at 10am and left at 5.30pm, the day flew in, we had such a good time as always. I just brought my bank card with me so i didn't need to carry cash on me and used a waterproof phone case for my mobile. No food or drinks are allowed to be brought into the park. Food in the snackbar was really good and reasonably priced. The place had a relaxed chill vibe to it even though there was a party at the park. There was barely no waiting time for the slides and there was plenty of life guards about all the time. The lazy river was our fav while the kids was too busy racing eachother on the slides. There is a brilliant kids area and lifeguards are very strict about who goes into the area so no need to worry about the younger kids being pushed or splashed by older kids. I would 100% recommend this Aquapark to anyone and we will definitely be returning.

    Great family day out!
Brilliant waterpark! Not sure about some of the negative reviews post as we had a great day there. They run a free bus shuttle service along the strip every 30 minutes. Simple to find the stops and helpful drivers outside the park directed us to the correct pick up point at closing time. We were going to buy our tickets at the gate as we weren't sure if our eldest was tall enough for the +130cm entry. Once we'd sorted that, the cashier on the gate was very helpful, advising us that it was cheaper for us to book online for a family ticket (eldest was tall enough so entry was classed as 3 adults, 1 child) as we would have to buy individual tickets at the gate. She also gave us a discount code that saved us nearly 50% in total!! Online booking took less than 5 minutes. The park is very clean, and well kept. Lockers are available for a small cash fee. There are two splash zone areas for little ones, a small one as you come into the park and a larger one round the back of the high speed slides. The rides/slides were all operating all day and whole some looked like they had large queues the queues did move very quickly. Our youngest, 5, was able to go on all the larger rides that used an inflatable with an adult so she didn't miss out. The food in the restaurant was very well priced and tasty. We didn't have to wait as some people have said in other reviews and we ate around 1.30pm. The lifeguards do whistle quite regularly but only to ask you to leave the slide splash areas if you are taking too long in there and I'm fairly certain it's an easier way of getting your attention than trying to work out what language you would understand! If people do as the park asks and return double rings to the bottom of the slides once they've been on them then this would be great. People stashing double rings on their sunloungers when they aren't using them is out of order but that's not the parks fault! Overall, the park and staff are brilliant. Would definitely recommend it for an enjoyable day out.

    Mostly great
We had an amazing time at the aqua park. The queues were pretty non existent all day, my kids loved the variety of slides and pools. The food was mostly great although I had one cold dry chicken kebab and one freshly cooked lovely one which was a bit disappointing. My main issue is that they give you a band when you go in, which you have to wear and then return when you leave. I managed to lose mine because the clasp was faulty. On our way out, I was charged 10lev for losing it. I said that it was defective and the clasp hadn’t held but they still charged me. I have no idea why we had to wear them because they seemed to hold no use during our time there. The staff wouldn’t let me out until I had paid the 10lev despite it still being in the water park somewhere. Without that issue, I would have given 5* and I would suggest perhaps leaving your bands in the lockers rather than risk wearing them and losing them in the park.
