Cool Place, Rocks get Slippery
I enjoyed the area quite a bit. It is a good hike and the ground is uneven so not for people with mobility problems. The best time to go is after rain (I go pretty often) because the water levels are higher. This unfortunately also makes the rocks and ground very slippery. I recommend bringing a change of clothes, good shoes with tread for the hike to the waterfall and sandals or flip flops for once you are there. Great place for photo opportunities just be careful with your equipment. My first time there I slipped off the shores edge and into the small river. Luckily the camera I was using was waterproof and I had left my bag with other belongings away from the shoreline.

A bit disappointed with less water for the waterfall and crowds of visitors make noisy place.
This newly opened tourist attractions have to take 7-8 minutes boat trip from 2piers to reach the site and then 200metered walk on hot red rocks to reach the waterfall with plunge pool; what a pity, it has been drought for months and long weekend during my visit so it makes this trip disappointing with less water and noise. However, it’s so hot, be prepared for taking a big bottle of water and hat or umbrella and also high SPF sunscreen. Swimming is ok for much water but I was not impressed with the man made concrete ridge to slow water flow on the rock. It’s incompatible.
