Gateway Arts is a gallery and shop, and a place for disabled artists to make art. The public may not be aware of the latter, because the storefront is just that, a store with excellent displays (because the art is so good). It is in a charming walkable neighborhood in Brookline, so you will be able to walk down the block to a coffee shop and admire your purchase(s), too. I couldn't resist an embroidered pillow that lured me in. Very colorful, and it vibrates with passion and soul. The price tag indicated that it is the flag of France, see the photo I have attached. A great place to do some holiday shopping or indulge in something that you can't resist. And you will be helping support their excellent art program and the artists, too (they receive a nice chunk of the proceeds on the work they sell.) Go, go, go!!!See more..
