Excellant manicure & pedicure
I recently tried this spa after a friends recommendation and now I'm addicted. I like the gel manicures and have found them to peel by the 2 week mark in the past. My mani's from ispa have lasted 2-3 weeks with no peeling at all. I have received so many compliments from my coworkers about my nails recently. They have several brands to choose from. I've found perfect match to be my new favorite. The spa is very organized, clean and professional. They keep the gel colors right next to the matching regular polish so you don't have to search for a match. Now let me tell you about the massages that are standard at Ispa. OMG I can't believe how wonderful the neck and shoulder massage is. You will also enjoy a prolonged leg and foot massage with the pedicure. There is also a complimentary beverage menu. Seriously. The whole experience is well worth the $50. I have found a way to work this little treat into my budget every 3 weeks.

used to be a customer, no more
At first glance it is a great place but after being a loyal customer for over a year when they were fairly new we noticed the staff was turned over rather often and they were beligerant. I do not like people talking around me in their own language rather than to me the customer. I also did not like the way they treated my daughter when she told them they were hurting her when they were drilling her nails for the acrylics. They told her when they cut her it was her fault not theirs. Not good. So we no longer go there I do not recommend them at all.

Horrible experience, stuff of nightmares!
I went in to get SNS mani they were offering for $25.00. Worst manicure experience of my life!! Was there almost 2 hours. He did a terrible job, and it was painful (first time in my life I had a painful manicure). The job he did was horrific, they charged my card $55.00. I fled from there with tears in my eyes (not kidding). Took me a week to go to a different place to have them fixed, because my hands were so painful. This place needs to be shut down!
