Gorgeous beach
Walk to beach is worth it in itself. Wooded area transforms into white sand dunes. Beach was clean and spacious, water warm and shallow, great for kids. Short walk to nice cafes and ice cream shops. Easy bus ride between here and other nearby spots (Balka, Nexo, Svaneke).

best on the island?
That was the best sand beach we have found on the island. Perfect white sand, endless, attractive dunes....We enjoyed it in a company of 2 dogs...

Sand!
The sand in Dueodde beach is so fine that it barely sticks to you. It's just beautiful. They have made a wooden walkway from the parking lot to the beach. Here is a lot of hideaways for complete privacy in the dunes, and compared to similar places I've visited in Spain, the sand wasn't that hot so it was possible to walk in it without shoes. If you are on Bornholm and like beaches, this is a "must see" place. I walked for several hours and it was beautiful and really relaxing.
