    Tasty but not cheap
We stopped here briefly on our last day and stocked up on caramels to take back for friends. The shop is laid out in an old-fashioned style, with lots of varieties of caramels, mostly gift-wrapped. They have some interesting flavours, and the ones we tried were very tasty and had a great consistency. You can get free samples if you are uncertain of a particular flavour Although it is advertised as a place to visit in it's own right, this is mainly due to the fact you can see through to the room where they make the caramel - probably interesting if they are working while you are there, otherwise it is basically just a shop The caramel is not cheap - after selecting for a few friends and colleagues, I ran up a significant bill. Still, it's not something you would buy every day. Worth stopping by if you are in town

    Good service!
Bornholm has become a haven for locally-made products and caramels are no exception. This place is small. A large group won't fit. Likely max 10 people in the shop at a time. I've been here a few times and have yet to see the workshop in action, so check ahead of going! The service out goes any expectations! Tasting is a given, friendly service goes along with it. And the flavors and assortment make sure we also buy stuff. Go on in and indulge.
