Should be on your top 5 list to visit

We do not sell tickets online ! The Museum is open to the public as usual. Friends, the tour is not held for one visitor. Welcome to the world of the beautiful and eternal ! 16 Euro per person. The KGB museum was founded by the organization Chernyy dozhd is a community of people who are fascinated with the history collected unique items related to the activities of the Soviet Secret Service. The presence of many exhibits is primarily due to anarchy and lack of control over many state museums in the USSR during its division into many independent states, which used to be former Soviet socialist republics. Only due to the Chernyy dozhd organization many priceless exhibits were saved from looting, destruction and recycling. This is the first time in the world memorabilia previously belonging to the first persons of the Soviet Union, the heads of the Cheka-NKVD-GPU-OGPU-MGB-KGB .

    Very unique
This museum, whilst small, is very thorough and is run by a highly enthusiastic and entertaining individual. It costs 400 czk per person and is run in small groups. This is a once in a life time opportunity. Would not recommend taking children as there are lots of weapons on display.

An amazing guide with an amazing collection
The man running this tour makes it a must see in Prague. The collection is very interesting but it's really the experience of the tour guide which makes it. It was one of the highlights of the trip - I've never come across a more enthusiastic, passionate and engaging tour guide. He's an intense guy but you can tell he loves what he does. He's very knowledgeable and very funny and seems to know every item in the collection like the back of his hand. It's a really interesting collection - there are things there that you won't get an opportunity to see elsewhere. Lots of spy gadgets like miniature cameras and concealed weapons as well as other artefacts like war medals, a really interesting collection of knives and guns, authentic costumes and other Soviet/Nazi/KGB paraphernalia. Entry was 16 Euro per person - it is absolutely worth the experience. We were lucky enough to have most of the tour being just our small group of four but I'm sure it'd be amazing with larger groups or a collection of small groups.
