Very well run and interesting place
Glassworks Harrachov is the oldest still-working glassworks in Bohemia and most probably in the world. During your personal visit, you can take a factory tour, visit museum of glass, have a beer from our own microbrewery, enjoy a relaxing bath in beer and visit one of our two glass shops.

Glass Factory went to a lovely lunch in the Brewery Pub
During our visit to Harrachov we had on the list excursion to local Glass Factory. Since we had enough time we managed to have a luncheon at the Brewery Pub. And it was great experience, refreshing local beer, Czech cuisine incl special menu for children and attentive service. All absolutely enjoyable and definitely good value.

fascinating
A very interesting tour. The guide also spoke English, so did a bilingual talk. We stayed in the "hotel". It is really a hostel but it enabled us to cook our own meals and the ensuite room was clean. It is on a busy road with heavy lorries and the traffic starts very early in the morning. The village is very pretty. Do visit the national park museum. They have laminated sheets with translations to borrow & are very welcoming.
