Ridiculously Efficient
I have never experienced ski hire like it! The fitting appointment lasts no more than 20 minutes. What the guys here don't know about ski equipment is not worth knowing, and this reflects massively in the so little time you spend in the shop collecting/dropping off hire equipment! You arrive in the morning, the staff downstairs assist you removing you current footwear, and literally put on your ski boots and do them up for you! No more fighting boots on! You continue to go upstairs where you grab your poles and skis, which are ready for you in a dedicated bay, with your name attached at the top. This no mess attitude needs to be adopted everywhere. When returning, a member of staff will come to you and collect your skis and poles off your hands, as soon as they see you enter the street! You then proceed back to downstairs, where the remaining staff with remove your boots for you, and provide you with your original footwear. Every night your skiis are waxed, and boots dried. Very fairly priced also!

Excellent friendly service ?
Excellent team, all so very helpful! They stored our skis and boots for us overnight and shoes during the day whilst we skied. I had private ski instruction for three days and can highly recommend Galin - he was very patient as I am a nervous skier, he was calm and really helped me improve and feel more confident! Thank you all ??
