Walking!!
I come to this park and walk on my lunch break. 5 laps is a mile. It seems to be well maintained. It also has a baseball field and a park for the kids to play.

Small playground, ball field and paved walkway for junior bikers
This is another great park to bring your younger kids. The playground equipment is fairly new, the ball field is usually open and there is a nice paved walkway around the entire park for parents to walk or junior riders to get started without worrying about traffic in the street.
