Totally worth it for an adventurist
Totally worth the trip down. When we reached the entrance (road down to the beach), there were a handful of men there where u can hire for 50k (round trip) to take you down via scooter. It’s a rough and extremely rocky ride down and up. I totally suggest you hiring these guys even if you have your own moped. The rocks were the size of my fist and at one point, the hill up was extremely steep. The view was spectacular. There are two pools below (one man-made), which I didn’t jump in, but it looked refreshing. The beach alone made it totally worth it and there’s a small cave. Honestly, for those who say it wasn’t worth it, you’re not an adventurist. You basically want things handed to you -hop off a bike, and see the view. Take the time to enjoy and experience the journey. And if you’re also complaining about the 50k fare, don’t go on vacation if you think 50k is too much. The locals find any way to scrounge up money to feed their families and honestly, 50k is chump change. If u have money to travel, you can spare 50k to help them

Absolutely worth it
Majority of the people still come to this island on a day trip. If they come for a day trip, then they either cover the Western part or the eastern part - I mean those famous places on these areas which makes Tembeling slightly exclusive. Now what you need to understand that only experienced riders can drive down to this place. This is not a problem of bad roads but these are tricky paths. So below is the advise Once you reach there you will find a group of folks who will offer you bike rate per person 75000 IDR. Just avail this facility and let them drive you down to the point where we can hike down. You will see spring water, natural pool and fantastic beach to relax. Absolutely worth it with very few tourists and it is an adventure in itself. This is not as difficult as the trek down to kelingking beach but view is fantastic and the experience is quite unique.
