Pura Gede Perancak or Purancak Temple is a nice temple.

Pura Gede Perancak or Purancak Temple. This magnificent temple overlooks the river Perancak and is about 8 kilometers west of Rambut Siwi. This is near the district capital Negaga. The place was first visited by the Holy Dang Hyang Nirartha and is well worth to visit. It is a beautiful temple with less visitors. Nearby is a village of the same name, Gede Perancak, which was once an abandoned ruin. Perancak is known for its fishing port where dozens of Bugis, colorful fishing boats (Perancak Boats) are moored. Furthermore you will find a turtle sanctuary and this Balinese temple.

The reminiscent temple of the first Nirartha/s arrival in Bali
The temple itself is an ordinary one without any great architectural design but it is nicely located on the bank of Perancak River famous for her colorful fishing fleet. It is worth a visit just to see the colorful perahus on the river. The surrounding areas keep one of the most beautiful mangrove forest and the Air Kuning fishing village is close by too. There the fishing boat lined in the beach is impressive to see and there are always farmers returning and departing searching for fishes above all on new moon nights. Sardines and sometimes Mahi-Mahi are the main catch here.
