Teaching homestyle cooking, based on my Javanese background in a relax atmosphere of my humble kitchen. Just like learning from your Mom...you can watch or hands on and enjoy the dishes at the end of the class. It's not just learning "Indonesian Cooking Made Easy" but I give you the whole experience of spending time with a local in their home, learning our culture and tradition. At the end of of the 3 hours you will leave feeling you have made a friend in me and knowing a little bit more of not just Bali but of my country Indonesia.

Must do while in Bali!
What a beautiful experience with Ibu Dotty! I met this lady few years ago when looking for place around Canggu for a month stay and I tried her amazing food so this time I wanted to learn that magic too. We made a quick trip to local market early in the morning, which was great opportunity to learn more about local foods. Ibu Dotty has a gift of sharing the stories, it was such a nice and easy day full of tips and tricks how to make the delicious Indonesian and Balinese dishes, but more important every ingredient had a story and little secret how to use it in many different ways. We really enjoyed our time and the food was too good to be described! I also recommend this place for your stay, it's so peaceful and cozy, you feel just like visiting your best auntie.

amazing intimate and tasty visit
We absolutely loved Ibu Dotty, she immediately made us feel so welcome and comfortable- the food we cooked was so delicious and it truly felt like we were cooking with our Auntie. Highly recommended- cant wait to see Ibu Dotty again.
