Little bit if history

We called in here on passing. Not much to see but worth a little stop. Small monument which portrays the time if independence from the Dutch.

    A bit of WWII History
    We asked our driver to stop in here and we were surprised. A very passionate man greeted us and seemed super excited to explain the history to us. He explained everything but was wuite hard to understand at times due to his excitement and broken English. It was great to have our driver with us to help. There is a Russian missile launcher and a huge digger which yo can get on and have a bit of a play. As you walk up and around the actual monument, the guide explains each piece of information and how it related to Bali. Definitely worth a stop. There is no actual entry fee however there is an expectation of a donation. We ended up giving 200 000 IDR.
