Beautiful relaxing day trip with snorkeling and traditional Balinese lunch
A great day trip only 90 minutes drive up the East coast from Legian/Kuta area. Traditional lunch was beautiful and the snorkeling just off the beach was sensational. We were lucky enough to see reef sharks, clown fish, dolphins, and a sea snake. Ketut and family made us feel very welcome

Tranquil Bliss
We escaped to this stunning location for a day of paradise away from the hustle of mainstream Bali. The family welcomed us to the Hideaway and took us snorkelling - it was like swimming in a tropical fish tank...incredible! They also took us on a boat trip around the bay before Ketut's wife prepared delicious home-cooked food cooked for us as we had a laze overlooking the ocean with a beer and felt the stress melt away. After lunch, a walk through the village and being given a green coconut with a straw freshly picked off the tree right in front of us sealed the deal! The family are a delight and love to talk about life in their village and share their rich Balinese Hindu culture with you. This is definitely a daytrip to consider if you want a tranquil and unique experience of village life and a day completely free of Bintang singlets and cut-price watches!!

Warm family welcome
Did a morning's snorkelling and then had lunch. The day started off badly because our driver got lost on the way. Ketut rode pillion on a motorbike to find us and then got in the car to make sure we got there. If we'd done one of the big tours they just would have left without us. It's genuinely a family business. Part of the charm is being made to feel a guest of a Balinese family. I was there with my 12 year old son and Ketut guided us around the bay pointing out the highlights. He was always conscientious about our needs. This was one of the highlights of our Bali holiday.
