I would like to suggest you to negotiate the price with this uniform driver. Please negotiations in said the wall just step out from the port little bit. They work with driver Benoa Bahari Driver Organization. They has his name hanging on his pocket with the queue number. If you have any problems with those driver please report to port security. That driver will got reprimand from port police not to stand by for another 3 cruises. If you negotiations out side of the wall will so many driver will come to you. They have no taxi around the port. On the way back to the port from Kuta or seminyak you can have a taxi or if your driver are good you can tell him to pick you again. Thank you.

Plenty of Activity
Had a good sighter of Benoa Harbour and surrounds prior to boarding our cruise ship. Plenty of activities underway with parasailing, windsurfing, markets, local sightseeing cruises, etc. Many friendly locals. A Cruise Centre surrounded by taxi touts and drivers but thankfully kept at a respectable distance by efficient security. Free WiFi in the Cruise Centre. There is some nice scenery surrounding the harbour; plenty of inter-island ferries, cargo ships, pleasure boats in a range of sizes and values on the water. The usual vendor stalls have established a foothold and there is quite an interesting art market to browse. A lot of funds have been expended in recent years in improvements and providing better access. Shame that damage to footpaths, roads, etc. is apparently ignored, a good maintenance programme would add to the amenity of the area. Worth a visit but there are definitely a lot more attractions to prioritise in Bali.
