Enchanting and educational
This is a great place to discover about milling - how it works - through history. We found it very interesting and educational. After the educational film you can wander around the property at your own and enjoy the different types of mills. And you can go back in time and be a kid at the interactive area. We had a blast grinding wheat.

One more amazing place in the province of Lugo.
This a wonderful place showing how ingenious people, in a remote place use water to ground grain , sharpe tools and even produce dc current in 1932 enough for all the village. It is very well organized and you need a reservation in high season. Parking is not easy so I suggest to go early or take a taxi from Taramundi.

Great place in any weather
Lovely place to visit and discover all about mills throughout the ages & countries, best we've seen yet, even on a showery day in October. We had an English version of the video all to ourselves! It is a beautiful place. Kids old & young will enjoy a visit, quite interactive and plenty of water around! Well worth the €5 entrance. Parking might be a prob in high season.
