A real discovery

It take two hours to visit the temporary exhibition, the park and its sculptures, the bonsaï exhibition, and, of course, the paintings of Evaristo Valle, so human, with a beautiful use of colours and a real care for people. Not to mention the mansion itself, where the paintings are really at their best. The moving reproduction of his apartment makes you feel you really meet the painter.

    lovely visit, exceeded expectations
First thing - it's free on Tuesdays (check opening times, they vary depending on the month). And for that price :) it's hard to argue. But to be honest it's not very expensive normally and the day we went it was a lovely spring morning, with almost no-one else there. Staff were friendly, there was a good temporary photography exhibit, the house itself is quirky yet attractive (e.g. the room with all the shells), some interesting pictures and best of all, a very well-maintained garden which was lovely to stroll around in. Worth going!

Interesting if you are in the area
This small museum is dedicated to a local painter. I enjoyed very much the garden and the small bonsai collection.Unfortunately opening hours are very reduced: check carefully in advance.
