Increíble
I was with my fam visiting the museum, my grandad was working in a mine and he almost cry with the explanation of the guide. Beautiful surroundings and really important story to be told. Everything in the mine is very well organized, the people who explain you the story of the mine and the route are polite, nice and kind. The place is just stunning and incredible. You should do this visit and know a little bit more about the work of our ancestors. We will come back and recommend to everyone :)

Very Good Family Attraction
I have been to this museum at the beginning of August with my family (2adults and 2 Children) when the attraction had been opened just for a couple of months. The ride on the mine train through an old mine track was fantastic, the visit to the old mine headquarter was superb. When we went some of the places were not open to the public yet but I believe most of them are available now. Ideal for family with kids. The only downside is that the tour is only in Spanish, (or at least it was when we went), and therefore unless you speak or understand the language it might not be suitable for you.

Excellent service
We were fully expecting everything at the museum to be in Spanish, having read reviews in advance. We still wanted to visit so ploughed on and we are so glad we did. The staff were extremely helpful, the guide spoke excellent English and was very knowledgeable. A great couple of hours.
