Great fun, family friendly canoeing at Rio Sella
We rented Cangas Aventura canoes for a family of 4 (two canoes, 2 in each). The staff are extremely efficient, friendly and professional. There’s parking at their main site, just off the roundabout at the entrance to Arriondas. The stream of Rio Sella was mild, the route is not very difficult and is family friendly. There are several stops you can stop on the way for a break (and there are kiosks/cafes with sitting areas). We did the first leg (7km) so got off at the first stop, from there a minibus took us back to the starting point. Everything went very smoothly and it was great fun. Very much recommended!

Kayaking down the river - loved it
We had a tremendous afternoon kayaking down and swimming in the river, and then drinking the famous cidre. The team were brilliant, very helpful and friendly and prompt. I'd definately recommend doing the half river trip at least; and the full river if you have time. You'll have a great time.

Good clean fun for all the family (except grandma and grandpa)
We went there twice, once for the canoeing down the River Sella and once for the Adventure Park in the trees. Get there early (10:00) take a packed lunch, or they will give you one. Paddle down the river for about 17KM, stopping, wherever and whenever you like. Don´t forget the sun cream. They supply you with a plastic water-tight barrel (one per canoe) to put things in (change of cloathes, camera, phone, food, etc..). They bring you back to the start in minivans. I would definitely recommend this. Lots of fun. The Adventure park is great if you like clambering over rope bridges and swinging down zip lines.
