Awesome place
It was not busy at all, so we enjoyed the little hike, 5 min from parking area down to the small waterfall and natural pool. Despite the water was cold we dipped and it was so much fun. You could sit around or sunbath if you wish. There are small huts facing 2 hills just across to stay overnight if you wish. Restaurant is fine, not special but cheap. Quite untouched place yet, must visit, highly recommended !

A great place for swimming, but not for eating
Visit the Banos when touring Las Terrazas, to experience the natural water features and swim in the slow-moving waters (assuming you have taken a towel), or just walk along the river and relax away from the noise and bustle of Havana. Changing huts are available and the waters are very popular with local people, most of whom bring their own food - a great place for picnics. There is a large eating area, but it is not very inviting, and the food didn't look wonderful. We just had drinks from the kiosk.

Relax in nature
This place reminds me so much of our beautiful Smoky Mountains here in Tennessee; at least the stream and pool part of it. This is a lovely area with plenty of smooth, large rocks upon which to sit and simply relax under the trees. Or, you can have a picnic or take a dip if you like. There are some small waterfall-like features I observed people standing under. It is a very restful, clean, and beautiful way to take in nature.
