More great things happening
Visited the Mill a couple of weeks ago. Its even better than the last time I was there, with an Historical Talk plus an Art Reception. Definitely first class in every way.

A Suprise Right Off the Bike Path!
I'd walked by the building a few times, but on a Saturday afternoon after an early lunch, I took my wife, daughter (7) and daughters friend down here to check it and explain about using water for power. We stuck our head in and were greeted and asked if we wanted a tour... Why Not! Well, the girls loved it... Who knew it was a picture factory that still made handcrafted frames! Our tour lasted about 40 minutes and told the history of the buildings, how frames were made and so on... Pretty amazing. A $5 donation is asked though there is no set admission.. More than reasonable for such a specular little site and a piece of history. Next time we have visitors in town, I'd definitely take them here for a glimpse of the past!
