Good company is possible to recognize in trouble.
We had two excursion during our cruise with Madex. We were really satisfied with both of them. Tsingy rouge excursion from Antsinarana was real Africa experience - roads in poor condition, real poverty of majority people and fantastic natural treasures. During our way back our 4x4 was broken. With good organization of Madex staff we were displaced to another car from convoy in 10 minutes and transfered to lunch in Ramena. After lunch we got alternate car. The second excursion from Nosy Be started in pier with typical African chaos - Nosy Be is not prepared for 2.000 cruise ship passengers in one moment - but after this caotic start everything went in normal way - Nosy Komba with nature park and Tanikely with beach an nice reef snorkeling with wild turtles. Both excursions had light lunch. it was OK. Drivers and hostesses were polite and informative. I can recommend Madex for all cruise ships passengers - you get more for less money compared cruise ships excursions

Great trip, great guide
I had a wonderful Diego Suarez excursion with MadEx in November 2018, from the boat ride through the Emerald Sea, to a fabulous lunch, to great snorkeling. The guide was extremely attentive and went out of his way to be helpful. This was one of three great MadEx excursions in Madagascar including excellent excursions from from Nosy Be and Tamatave. In all three cases, the representative met me at the pier, was easy to connect with, and dropped me off in plenty of time to catch the ship as it left each port.

perfect adventure Emrald Sea
Thank you so much for this perfect adventure on Emrald Sea. We had a perfect and great time with you and your team. The lunch at the beach was so delicious. However, there is on point for improvements. The beer should be colder the next time. :-)
