Bridge Street, Florida, United States

4.5 (33 reviews) Spent 2-3 hours Ranking #6 in Anna Maria Island Points of Interest & Landmarks

Relaxing place to take a stroll, eat and shop

Bridge street is a small area with restaurants and shops. The bridge has a pier with a view of the small marina and the bay, and it is worth a look. We walked around an hour or so and had some coffee at the little coffee shop. There is a fairly large surf shop with quite a bit of clothing and gifts. What struck me about Bridge Street is that the vibe really matches the vibe of Anna Maria Island.......quiet and understated. We found the entire island to be largely unspoiled by tourism.....though there are a a lot of tourists. This is a quiet, relaxing island; and Bridge Street matches it perfectly.

cute street, not to be missed
We were so happy that our VRBO was in walking distance to this adorable street lined with cute little shops, restaurants, bars and at the end the pier where you can see dolphins jumping in and out of the water. Parking can be an issue, but the free transportation trolleys will drop you off at the top of the street. Very fun spot!

    Good for Shopping; Several Restaurants
A busy main street of a busy shore town. Nice boutiques for shopping and a number of restaurants, ice cream shop, etc. Crowded during the season and traffic and parking are a problem.
