Beautiful
Bean Point is beautiful, with a large beach area. It is a great place to watch the sunset. However, it is a hike to get here if you don't have a car or golf cart - definitely not convenient. There is no parking but there is a loading/unloading area at one of the beach access points. The trolley does not come up here but you can walk up (about 20 min) from the Anna Maria City Pier.

Beautiful

Magical!
This place was SO gorgeous. We did some research to be sure we could find a parking spot without too much difficulty. I wish I could remember the exact side streets we fount a parking spot at but I can't! Search through other reviews to find some specifics though and just be careful not to park by the no parking signs/side of the street. It was a decent walk but we were prepared and tried to pack light. It was certainly worth it for the seclusion, views, white powdery sand and the AMAZING sunset! We snorkeled for hours and had an amazing time. We spent a day at Siesta Key to see what all the hype was about and Bean Point was by far more breathtaking (IMO) and easier to get to because the beach from at Siesta Key is GINORMOUS! If you don't like crowds when you're trying to relax and enjoy the beach this is the place for you!
