Perfecto! Everyone should visit this museum!
The house got its name from one of its dwellers, a person well known by all of the town, whose occupation, among other things, was selling tobacco and various goods of everyday needs. Visitors of this old house of Mojácar get a chance of making a connection with the epoch of the first half of XX century and learn about history and culture of this remarkable town. 200 square metres of exposition, the house is more than 100 years old decorated with real things of the first half of the 20-th century. Hidden gem
Amazing experience! Probably my favourite part of visiting mojacar pueblo. The owners are very knowledgeable, speak fluent English and are happy to take their time to show you around the museum. Very informative and loved learning about the past of mojacar. They had some amazing artefacts on display. Only cost £3.50 per adult and more than worth the money!

Insightful experience about the life and history of Mojacar and its residents
A fascinating walk through a reformed town house where we get to experience life in 20th century Mojacar, guided by the friendly owner Julia, her knowledge is deep and full of those little interesting stories we all love. Her family have done an outstanding job of refurbishing this house into a museum. This museum covers the daily life of a mojacar merchant and we highly recommend taking the time to visit it and learn the history of the people and day to day life of this wonderful town. Also, the gift shop with majority of local products and art was a lovely end to the visit.
