Worth the climb
The guided tour was excellent, well worth the money. Our guide was very knowledgeable and obviously love her job - even though she spoke no English and we not enough Spanish so had to rely on our Spanish host to help out. It's quite a climb but so worth it both for the ruins and the incredible views.

Wonderful deserted site.
Not well known, but a definite must even if you are not a Roman enthusiast. The site setting and views are stunning and the guided tour very informative. Web site for opening times.

Roman military city ruins
Interesting guided tour taking an hour and a half, available 10,12 and 4pm. Reasonable climb up to the top of the hill but aren't view of thesurroundings, including an Arab citadel and a Roman road. More complete ruins than Acinipo. Highlights well preserved necropolis, gate on Iberian foundations, several houses, and baths.Guide's English not great but did not detract from the tour.
