One of the best features of Rota!

Went for long walks every day here. Very relaxing, not crowded. It is shady and in very good condition. Great place for a morning run

    Ideal for walking and jogging
The Camino Natural de Rota is a wooden path way which meanders trough a pine tree forest along the beach. This path is ideal to go for a walk or jogging. I wish, I could run on such a path every day. Simply wonderful! (my Thumps up for the mayor of ROTA and everyone else who was involved building this wooden path).

    Good Mountain Bike Ride
I have taken this trail many times so I wanted to be able to share my experience too. The Nature trail can also be ran if that is what you like to do. The trail starts on the boarder of Rota and runs through Costa Ballena and then into Chipiona. There are two bridges that you will come across which are very challenging but very doable or you can walk your bike up. The trail does need some work done on it in regards to the grass and weeds that are growing onto the path but it is still a great ride. The trail has certain points that you can stop and do some nature watching. Recommend taking plenty of water if you plan on traveling the trail all the way through. When you get into Chipiona you will eventually come the beach which is very nice. I usually stop in Chipiona to get a small bite to eat with freshly squeezed orange juice. I hope you enjoy, I did.
