The Alcázar of Córdoba covers a fairly large part of gardens, special corners, a special hammam, etc. Tickets can be purchased beyond the entrance road at a cost of 5 euros per person. The building is less impressive than the blessed gardens and fountains. It is worth visiting the place for an hour to several hours

Simply wonderful
Buying tickets in advance saved a lot of waiting and it was only 60% full when we entered. The history is fascinating of the building/archaeology and the extensive gardens were stunning, even this late in the year and after one of the hottest summers.
