Above and beyond service!
My husband and I stopped by the store in Albertville for some winter biking gloves. The cold weather surprised us while on vacation from the USA and we only had short-fingered gloves. In the bike department staff showed us what was available - all summer gloves. One man said the winter things were coming next week - be too late for us. When we explained that, he went to the storeroom and brought out what was left from last season. There were 2 perfect long-fingered, warm pairs for us and we wore them for 6 days in the Beaufortain and the Vercors. Our biking vacation was saved thanks to the extra effort of this staff member and we silently thanked him each day.
