Gardener’s Delight
This was two hours of heaven walking the shaded trails, enjoying the sights and varieties of so many plants with a real emphasis on rhododendrons, azaleas and camellias. Most of these were not in bloom, but still delightful. There were a few sculptures, antique columns and a koi pond to add to the variety. The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. Even the gift shop was unique and featured items by local artists.

Disappointing place, save your time and money to take in the much better Bellingrath Gardens and Home about 20 miles out of Mobile. Construction really disrupts walking access at this time (key large wooden bridge connecting several paths is being replaced). Local artwork for sale in gift shop.
