Great Ferry Ride across Mobile Bay

Caught the ferry over from dauphine Island to Ft Morgan, a nice relaxing boat trip. No pre-booking allowed, first come- first served. 28 vehicles per ferry. Timetable varies according to time of year. Great trip to do, about 45 minutes crossing. There are information display boards on both approaches to the ferry. Kids will love this trip across the bay.

    Small Ferry - no seating indoors or outdoors (unless you have a vehicle to sit in)
    These are not the ferries from the pacific northwest. There is no indoor seating and no outdoor benches. The ride is short and nice. Without a vehicle, it is not really intuitive where to by passes. Get them from the car toll booth.
