    Wonderful and helpful staff
The museum is quite large and to do it justice, we would have needed more that the two hours that was available to us. When we paid our admission and indicated that we were short on time, Roy Palmer who leads group tours heard our time constraint offered to take us to the most important and educational parts of the museum, including the simulator that was great fun. Thank you Roy for making our visit so enjoyable.

Great for 12 & up- worth the time!
We went with another couple. We made a reservation for 1:00. The tour last one and half hours but we stayed for 2 hours. Gabe, the guide, met us at the entrance and I was surprised to find out that he would be taking us from one floor to another(5) explaining the exhibits and allowing us time to explore them as we walked through. It was very informative and interesting. There are different modes of taking in the information via visual, auditory and the hands on stations. There is hand sanitizer on each floor and masks are required. I throughly enjoyed learning about Mobile bay- the history and its significance to the world. I would recommend this to people 12 and older. We walked on wide ramps from one floor to another but there are elevators as well. It looked as if they had a cafe but it was closed. There is a vending machine near the large clean bathrooms. Our guide Gabe is a young man who grew up in mobile and was an excellent guide!
