Summer time is too hot for pecan processing in Oklahoma. However, the gift shop is full of fresh pecans, almonds, cashews and more. After a healthy sampling of pralines and two flavors of fudge, we bought the slightly salted cashews and dark chocolate pecan fudge. Friendly staff was helpful in pointing out some other local attractions. Will be busy this afternoon!See more..
