- 5.0 Spirit of the Rivers (5 reviews)
-Can't Miss It!
Monuments & Statues
A newly installed bronze sculpture by R.T. “Skip” Wallen now overlooks Lake Michigan on Highway 42 midway between Manitowoc and Two Rivers. The sculpture honors the earliest inhabitants of the area and consists of two Native American men, one woman, and a birch bark canoe. It's an impressive sight. The sculpture is located just steps from a wayside which makes for easy parking. Because the sculpture is so new, additional work needs to be completed on the grounds which will definitely add to it's beauty. See more..
- 5.0 Eastwin Valley Golf Course (3 reviews)
-Such a unique experience
Golf Courses
My family loves golf. Since we were only visiting the area for the weekend we didn't want to drag clubs with us while traveling. Instead we stumbled upon Easwin's foot golf. We are so glad we did! Such a unique experience. My family of 4 with two 20-year old kids loved it. It was a fun alternative to normal golf. The owners were very friendly and we chatted for several minutes once we finished our round. Don't worry if you don't know how to play. They will teach you. If you're looking for an outdoor activity the whole family can enjoy, visit Eastwin! See more..

- 4.5 Point Beach State Forest (126 reviews)
-Gorgeous Mix of Forest and Lake
State Parks
This is an amazing state park. Bathroom and shower facilities are generally clean, and most camp sites have sufficient trees and bushes to give some sense of privacy. Sites on the east side of the loop are much closer to the lake. My husband and I went there to celebrate our anniversary. We truly felt like we got away because even cell signal was poor or nonexistent. While we saw some larger RVs, we noticed that these had trouble navigating the narrow road and pulling into their site. Concession stand in original lodge had excellent ice cream. Overall, a great park!! See more..
- 4.5 Historic Washington House (83 reviews)
-HOME OF THE ICE CREAM SUNDAE
Historic Sites
If you’re around Two Rivers, WI you should take the time to stop in and check out the Washington House. Definitely a very cool historic building. Volunteers give tours of the house and you can still get ice cream. If you want to see the whole building make sure you have about an hour. They do have very limited hours, so make sure you check and see if they are open before you go. It’s worth your time to check it out and eat some ice cream at the end. The ice cream is very good but make sure you have cash with you to buy it. “A three-story immigrant hotel built in 1850. Contains an original 1890's saloon, ballroom and a staffed replica of Ed Berners' Ice Cream Parlor, where visitors may enjoy ice cream treats and fountain service. Berners invented the ice cream sundae in 1881 in Two Rivers” See more..

- 4.5 Hamilton Wood Type Museum & Printing Museum (50 reviews)
-Fascinating!
Wednesday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Speciality Museums
My wife and I loved this place. It tells the story of a little known industry founded in Two Rivers, Wisconsin. Wood Type and wood cut illustrations were used in the past to print posters, advertising, and flyers. Banner headlines for newspapers were printed with wood type rather than lead. The Hamilton museum has well over a million examples of wood type, it also displays and explains the processes required to convert maple logs into usable type and printing blocks. On displays are huge saws, sanders, pantographic routers, flat presses, letter presses, linotype machines and of course all the output of those presses. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were so glad we visited. See more..

- 4.5 Susie Q Fish Market (10 reviews)
-I found my CHUBS!!!!
Speciality & Gift Shops
Two years ago my husband and myself took a trip up to Door county. I did some research looking for a favorite food from my childhood that I used to get with my father and mother both of Polish decent....Smoked Chubs. They have become pretty impossible to find in recent years due to overfishing and the introduction of predatory fishes into our great lakes. We traveled up on Labor Day so they were closed, but we tried each and every fish market on the way up with no luck. Prior to our departure I called and was told that yes indeed they had chubs. Upon arrival it was true and it made an amazing trip up to Wisconsin even the better. The place is clean, service is excellent and the quality of their product is excellent. Highly recommend (even if not for chubs). I also purchased pickled herring in wine which tasted spectacular. See more..
