We have done escape rooms in multiple states and all the fancy “franchise” style rooms are cool but there is just something really awesome about Hourglass Escape rooms. We have played almost every room they have in both their Russellville and their Searcy locations. We look for every excuse to drive down to Russellville to play here (3 hours from home). Staff is always very friendly and professional and we feel like they enjoy their rooms and care about whether you enjoy the rooms and had a good time too. Puzzles are just the right level of difficulty and things like phone calls and recordings make it really interactive. We appreciate the effort this team puts into development and decoration of, and integration of the whole theme throughout their rooms. Highly recommend Hourglass Escape Rooms. Put down the video game controllers and go play some real games. See more..

We had a very large group and didn't pretty order our tickets. We realized part way through the group ordering that they were full and it would not work for us. We decided to hike/walk King’s Bluff along hwy 16. It can be found off the pedestal loop area. There is a sign for Pedestal Rock. It is in the same location. It was 1.7 miles RT and a fairly easy hike with a few minor spots of incline. I would not recommend this to anyone with young kids. There are many drop off points with no rail about 1/2 way. The path is mostly away from the edge, but very easy for young kids to get hurt. Awesome rock formations as you walk along…. Starts about 1/2 way. You will come to a big rock platform/decking area. As you work on your return back the formations continue, but without a railing for a little ways. Worth seeing if in the area. See more..

We were in town getting work done on our ATV and decided to check out the area while we waited. It was nice that everything around town is only about 15 minutes away. We saw reviews that this place had alligators so we thought we would check it out. Turns out that’s a bit deceiving. It’s not like they are just out walking around and you can easily go see them any time. Apparently people say they are back in the pond which is probably a mile walk there and back. The pond is mostly fenced off and grown up high with weeds so unless you want to hike through the weeds and possibly lose a leg to the alligator that’s supposedly back there then you probably won’t see anything. The trails are beautiful though and surrounded with huge trees and there were tons of people out riding bikes, running & walking. There are also CrossFit type stations where you can stop and do pushups/sit-ups/jumps/etc. It’s definitely a great place. See more..
