  4. 5.0 Elysium Inc. (4 reviews)
    - Unusual items with flair. A real find!
Spent < 1 hour Speciality & Gift Shops
    Elysium Inc. image
Elysium is a deceptively simple storefront along Rome's classic Broad Street. I drop by every time we come through the town, almost always finding something out of the ordinary at very reasonable price (at least for this urban visitor from out-of-state)... hand-carved Italian cameos, concave Balinese bracelets, Chinese silk handbags, beautifully detailed silver ginkgo jewelry, silk shawls an scarves... And they sometimes have interesting items on sale. It's always a surprise. Much of the clothing is sleek and stretchy -- the trapunto-embroidered blouses and dresses are better fits for my somewhat zaftig figure. The staff is friendly and helpful. See more..

  15. 4.0 State Mutual Stadium (53 reviews)
    - Great Family Outing
    Spent 2-3 hours Sports Complexes
    State Mutual Stadium image
Great family outing at a fraction of the major league price. Tickets are much more reasonable as well as food prices. Food isn't cheap but still a much better deal. The operations are not back up to full staff but still adequate. They also entertain the kids in-between innings. Since it is minor league, I think the players try harder to show their skills. The young lady at sign up was super nice and extremely helpful. The river ride was absolutely amazing. That day it was about a 4 hr adventure in which we saw turtles, blue heron, a crane and even cows. The rental tubes and vest were comfortable and sturdy.
