When we were visiting friends in Arkansas, they told us about this cool gallery, Art Collective in Rogers. We had never heard of the gallery or Rogers. But we're glad we did. We walked in and walked out with a set of 3 collages and one abstract painting. The owner spent a lot of time with us, showing us art they had on hand, and photos of work he could get for us from really good local and international artists. I went on one of the new low impact hiking trails next to the visitors center. I like the trails around the area they are safe and well maintained. Since I am 71 and I walk alone it is important the area needs to be safe/ . After I left the trail I went to the visitors center and found the most beautiful hanging birds. I purchased 6 humming birds and 2 smaller birds as Christmas gifts. I only live about 10 miles from the park I plan on going again and getting a few more for friends and family. Great park to visit so glad I live close to it. See more..

    Samaritan Shop image
The shop is clean and well organized. I much prefer this to my local goodwill stores in terms of the store maintenance and atmosphere. I found a $99 Sodastream for $3 on my last visit! I donated a new Jack Lalane juicer, after I decided my jucing goals had changed...so someone else found a terrific deal. I've found lots of great items, and I really admire the mission of this thrift store. See more..

  23. 4.0 Walmart Amp (150 reviews)
    - Awesome venue. Super well organized.
    Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM Theatre & Performances
    Walmart Amp image
The Walmart AMP just had it's first big show since the COVID-19 pandemic started on June 25, 2021. The amphitheater received an expansion in 2020 but shows were cancelled due to the health crisis until now. There is ample FREE parking within walking distance from the arena. If you are from out of town, the Embassy Suites is within walking distance. The entire affair was super well organized with easy access and great flow. The Walmart AMP now has metal detectors so no weapons, no umbrellas, no selfie sticks, and nothing larger than a clutch for women. Chicago kicked off the season in great fashion - great sound, awesome illumination and visual effects. Other shows already scheduled for 2021 include Dave Matthews Band and Counting Crows. Getting out of the event was as easy as getting in. Very well organized, friendly people. Must visit if you are within driving distance from Rogers, AR, or if you want to visit Northwest Arkansas for a few days. See more..

Several levels (kiddie, novice, beginner, intermediate, advanced) so there is something for everyone. And it's FREE!! Cute dog park and Lake Atalanta park nearby so could spend the better part of the day here if you wanted to. See more..
  25. 4.0 The Copper Crown (1 review)
    - High End
    Antique Shops
    The Copper Crown image
Compared with the other three antique malls/flea markets we visited in Rogers, this one was definitely high-end. The shop is in the historic downtown area of Rogers, not far from the Daisy Airgun Museum. The minute you walking into the store you know you are in a high end place. Everything was beautiful. The place was clean and the workers were very friendly. However with the higher end atmosphere you get higher prices. Thy had unique items I have never seen before as well as things I have seen at other antique malls. The place was great to visit, but the prices made it harder to purchase anything. All the same I recommend. See more..
  26. 4.0 Home Town Flea Market (1 review)
    - Big Place
    Antique Shops
    Home Town Flea Market image
This flea market is probably the largest place that I visited on my trip to NW Arkansas. They had tons of stalls, with a wide range of items for sale. It follows the standard model of stall for rent so anyone can sell pretty much anything there. This place seemed to have a plethora of clothes, shoes, toys and movies for sale. Not really the kind of stuff that my parents and I usually buy when we visited a place like this. Be careful though a few of the stalls were filled to overflow and I was scared I was going to knock something over. See more..
  27. 4.0 Outside the Box (1 review)
    - Maze
Spent 1-2 hours Antique Shops • Flea & Street Markets
    Outside the Box image
My parents and I could just not figure out what this building was before in was turned into an antique mall. It is a twisty turny building made up of lots of rooms that have been turned into stall or even multiple stalls depending on the size of the room. It was hit or miss, but some of the rooms were gold mines. Lots of interesting stuff and some things left you shaking your head. The place is very clean and the staff is super friendly and tries their best to be helpful. The building has multiple entrances and bathrooms in several different places. Lots of fun See more..
  28. 4.0 Vintage Antiques II (1 review)
    - Nice Little Shop
Spent < 1 hour Antique Shops • Flea & Street Markets
    Vintage Antiques II image
We parked right outside this shop on our recent visit to Rogers, so we opted to pop in. The shop is clean, not cluttered and well-laid out. The owner is quite the character and loves talking to his customers. The store is full of a hodge-podge of items and quite a few little gems. Great place to walk through... See more..
  29. 2.0 Hwy 102 Flea Market (1 review)
    - Junk
    Flea & Street Markets
    Hwy 102 Flea Market image
This flea market used to go by another name, which I can't remember for the life of me, however it is an interesting place. It appears to be set up in an old assisted living/care home with lots of rooms off the main hallway as well as nurse stations at all the doors and even a kitchen. We visited on a Sunday and the place was super busy. This made it hard to get into all the rooms without being on top of other people. A majority of the stuff for sale was junk in my opinion and it didn't even make sense why some of the people were renting space in the first place. That is not to say it was all bad, some of the stalls had very nice higher end items for sale, but others made my skin crawl. There was everything you could think of for sale, clothes, kitchen, toys and a few antiques. The place is massive, so leave ample time if you want to venture inside to look around. See more..
