- 4.5 E's Put-in-Bay Golf Carts (109 reviews)
-Good priced
Gear Rentals
These may not be the fastest or the fanciest golf cart rentals on the island, but we purchased a combo boat/golf cart rental for off season and they were the best priced and got us everywhere we needed to go. Take Miller's Ferry over. To find the rental place, go to the top of the hill and go right at the road. E's is on the right. It is a very short walk. Signage will get you there. See more..

-GO TO THE RESALE STORE
History Museums
So yeah, go to the resale store. Nice lady working there. Maybe you need an extra bag for your trip or can get a champagne glass from “The Prom” held in past years at the end of the summer. Proceeds go to a good cause: the museum. I spent $20 and bought some China from some of my favorite brands... good stuff priced right. A nice diversion on our bike ride around the island. See more..

-Best meal of the trip!
Bars & Clubs
We stopped here for dinner after learning they weren’t open until 4pm. We had read great things about this restaurant, so it was in our must try destinations while on the island and we were not disappointed! Our server was friendly and kept our waters filled. We opted for the loaded fries for the appetizer and split the chicken, bacon ranch pizza for our entree. Both were amazing and so much food we took home leftovers. This is definitely a recommended spot for dinner! We didn’t try the beers, but there were several great options as well. See more..

- 4.0 South Bass Island Lighthouse (121 reviews)
-Great place to take a picnic lunch!
Lighthouses
The day we had a golf cart, we went to the light house. Per someone else's review, we got some subs from subway in town and brought our lunch. There are several picnic tables on the site so it was nice to be on the edge of the cliff and watch the water and eat lunch. There are several signs around the grounds to read. But without lunch, you can cover it all in 10 minutes. But it is worth going out to if you have a golf cart. See more..

Representing the small grape growing farms and family wineries that prospered on the island in the mid-late 1800's, Stonehenge self-guided audio tours include the stone farmhouse (circa 1870's), wine press cottage (circa 1850's), wine cellar and outdoor display area. Both buildings are listed in the National Register of Historic Places and give visitors a sense of island living from both yesterday and today. Also on site is the award winning Stonehenge Gift Shop, featuring many quality items handmade right here in the USA. See more..

- 3.5 Perry's Cave (346 reviews)
-Wonderful time with kids
Caverns & Caves
This was the highlight of our trip for our kids. We did the gem mining, cave tour, mini golf, and maze. The cave tour is very short and felt a little underwhelming. However the gem mining was a lot of fun and you get a lot of value for the price. The package deal (multiple attractions) was well worth it for our family. The maze has a fun scavenger hunt that kept our kids occupied in the maze for awhile. Mini golf is well maintained. The staff who run the place couldn’t be nicer and more helpful. A great experience (good to know: the butterfly house is adjacent and the winery/other cave is across the street) See more..

- 3.5 Beer Barrel (14 reviews)
-Big warehouse type bar; moderately fun
Bars & Clubs
Huge bar, "longest bar in the world" may be a misnomer...it is a long bar inside that basically goes at right angles through the bar. Kind of cheesy but there is plenty of seating. They say they have a full bar but it's really just well drinks, don't expect anything more fancy than a Jack and coke. Drink prices average $6 for a small plastic cup. Bartenders are exhausted from lack of staff so be patient. Live music is great, we saw a couple bands including Mustang Sally, and they're a great band and play many genres of music. Big dance for and plenty of bar and tables to sit at. Bar was probably half full and there were maybe 250 people there. Be prepared for a crowd. No masks required at this point. See more..
- 3.5 Park Cart & Bike Rental (6 reviews)

Renting the golf cart is the best way to tour the island. You can get to all kinds of places fast but be warned, watch for impatient and unaware car drivers. See more..
- 3.0 Island Bike and Cart Rental (17 reviews)
-Best Way to See the Island; Golf Cart Was Reliable
Gear Rentals
This was our first trip to Put-in-Bay, and we weren't sure whether to take our car over and back on the ferry or rent a golf cart. We were very glad we rented the golf cart. It was very convenient, located yards from the Miller Ferry dock. It was $24/day, because it was off-season in early October. We spent seven hours going to every corner of the island. The roads and town were almost deserted, so we could go everywhere easily. Their credit card machine was down in the morning when we rented, so we paid at the end of the day before catching the ferry. I'm not sure how the service would be during their busy season, and we noticed literally dozens of golf cart rental places all over the island, so there are many options. We didn't shop for deals, because $24/day seemed reasonable and not worth the time to look elsewhere. See more..
- 2.5 Adventure Bay (32 reviews)
-crooks
Game & Entertainment Centers
at first it seems like a great place to cool off and have an overpriced beverage(to be expected here) The place is run by foreigners with bad attitudes. I have a police report that supports this statement. My purse was stolen by employees only returned after I proved it was on the property by use of my GPS cell phone tracker...minus over $300.oo!!!Go swimming in Lake Erie, if you need to cool off....these people don't deserve your business! It's a shame, it could be a good place to relax for adults...the employees ruined it for my party. I travel around the globe...I wouldn't advise Adventure bay!!! Big hands down!!! See more..
