   We stopped on a whim because we are not wine connoisseurs, but enjoy good wine. We were not disappointed. The Lady who offered samples of many wines was very knowledgeable of her wines and made some recommendations based on a few questions. She was amazingly good at her recommendations. Intending to buy 4 bottles of wine to fill a case we had purchased at another winery, we ended up buying almost another case of wine. They feature many variations of Elderberry wine, Elderberry wine blends, and an Elderberry mead, but have a wide selection of other wines. Most of their wines are Sweet or Semi-Sweet. Dry wines don't seem to sell very well in the area so their selection of dry wines are a bit limited. NOTE: Because of a recent fire, Wyldewood Cellars is operating from a small rented building across the road from their old location. See more..
