- 5.0 Blanchard Springs Recreation Area (328 reviews)
-Simply beautiful
Parks
We went to several parts of the park. We saw the waterfall the water is so clear. The views going thru the spiral roads were very beautiful. They had a trading post along the way before you get into the park that had horseback riding, honey, jellies, syrup all made locally. They had several animals there almost like a little zoo I think they were rescues or something. The cavern in the park was still closed that was disappointing. Down by the tent camping area there is bathrooms and a shower area. Behind them is a beach type area of water you can put your feet in or sit beside it's a small rock type beach area. You will have to put a dollar to 3 dollars depending on how long you use the area just remember to pack one or two envelopes they were out when we went. They have a little slot to put it in up front of the bathroom area. See more..

The drive-in is dated but it didn't take away from the fun of being at a drive-in again. The man that runs the drive-in has been working there since it opened in 1965.
